Are your cookies halal-certified?
While we are not officially halal-certified, we do not use pork, lard, alcohol, or gelatin in any of our cookies.
What allergens are included in your cookies?
Our cookies contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy and peanuts (in certain flavours). As all cookies are produced in the same kitchen, we recommend exercising caution if you have severe allergies.
Are your cookies freshly baked? Do you use any preservatives?
Every cookie is handcrafted in small batches right here in Singapore, baked fresh with love (and crunch). No preservatives, no shortcut! Just real ingredients, baked fresh.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery fee: $8
Deliveries to Sentosa or Tuas: Additional $10 surcharge
All deliveries are scheduled every Saturday, 9AM - 6PM.
Self-pickup is available on Sundays, 10AM - 2PM.
Can I request for my order to be delivered at a specific time?
We are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests, as all orders are delivered based on a fixed route and schedule.
What if I am not around when the delivery arrives?
Our cookie are perishable and require refrigeration upon receiving, so please ensure someone is available to collect the order during the delivery window. If no one is present, our delivery team will try to contact you, but we cannot be held liable for any changes in texture, freshness, or spoilage caused by delays in collection or unattended deliveries.
